We provide a "New Employee SE Training" program that comprehensively supports companies facing challenges and concerns regarding new employees, such as "We cannot establish a system for conducting training in-house. Therefore, we are considering outsourcing, but the training costs are high. We want to keep costs as low as possible."
Our main instructor has substantial experience as an SE and as a lecturer, supported by a team of two assistant instructors, ensuring a robust guidance and follow-up system. With instructors who are close in age to the new employees, we can quickly build trust and provide intensive training.
